The right attitude

It was a great day.Today my riding friends contacted more riders from yishun to ride with our group.Quite a number of them came to meet us.They were friendly to us and also better than us in terms of skills and tricks.I even asked some of them to teach me the technique of jumping higher so I can hop onto higher curbs/obstacles.They gave me a few tips and told me the main thing is to keep practising.I had a good impression of them as they aren't arrogant or gave us attitude just because they are better.I found a box and place it on a spot and started trying to jump over it.Did manage to jump over several times,but fail to do so frequently.One of the better riders told me about my mistake is that I didn't lift the backwheel high enough to clear the height.But he told me not to give up as that technique might take some time to learn.
